Dr. Mohamed Elrakhawy, Professor of Radiology at Mansoura University’s Faculty of Medicine, is a distinguished academic figure known for his profound expertise in diagnostic and interventional radiology. He received his bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery in 1997, a master’s degree in radiodiagnosis in 2002, and a doctorate in radiodiagnosis in 2008 from Mansoura University, further enriching his qualifications with a Fellowship from the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR) in the United Kingdom.
Dr. Elrakhawy gained international acclaim through his tenure as a visiting fellow at Leicester University Hospitals, UK, between 2004 and 2007. He has excelled significantly in vascular and non-vascular interventional radiological procedures and demonstrated remarkable leadership as Head of Radiology Departments at Mansoura University’s Specialized Medical Hospital.
