Biography of Prof. Amr Elbadry:
Professor Amr Mohamed Tawfek Elbadry, a distinguished professor of diagnostic and interventional radiology at Tanta University, has built an illustrious career marked by dedication and excellence. Graduating with his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Tanta University in 1991, he advanced his specialization by obtaining a Master’s degree in Radiology in 1996 and a Ph.D. in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology in 2002.
Since becoming a professor in 2009, Dr. Elbadry has led the Interventional Radiology Unit at Tanta University’s Radiology Department. His leadership extends across prominent healthcare facilities, including the French Educational Hospital and the New Surgical Hospital at Tanta University, as well as Al-Kenana Hospital.
Dr. Elbadry also significantly contributes to the private healthcare sector, overseeing radiology units at several prestigious medical centers in Tanta, including Al-Massa Radiology Center, Tanta Scan Center, Taiba Specialized Hospital, and Al-Hamd Radiology Center.
